2L .0110, and 2L .0111. If there is an explanation for the violation(s) cited, or if you believe there are other factors which should be considered, please submit your response to me in writing within 10 days of receipt of this notice. Your explanation will be reviewed, and if enforcement action is still deemed appropriate, your explanation will be forwarded to the Director with the enforcement package for his consideration.
