This permit does not entitle the permit holder to operate a Septage Land Application Site, a Septage Detention or Treatment Facility, or any other solid waste management facility
not specified herein.
Failure to operate as permitted may result in the Department suspending or revoking this permit, initiating action to enjoin the unpermitted operation, imposing administrative
penalties, or invoking any other remedy as provided in Chapter 130A, Article 1, part 2 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
This permit and this registration expire on December 31, 2024.

Enclosed is your Authorization to Discharge hauled waste into the City of Lumberton Waste Treatment Plant
for the 2024 calendar year.
The point of release will be the Influent basin located at the City of Lumberton Waste Treatment Plant at 700
Lafayette Street Lumberton, NC. Monday thru Friday lam till 4pm. No other point of release will be allowed.
Please note that a pH of at least 5 must be met prior to discharging into the system. A container to collect a
sample will be provided upon arrival.
The City of Lumberton will assess a charge of $0.08 per gallon of hauled domestic waste.
Invoices 30 days past due will halt all waste hauling activity with the City of Lumberton until the delinquent
Invoices are satisfied. If delinquent invoices are repeatedly past due the City reserves the right to revoke hauling
privileges permanently.
The City of Lumberton also reserves the right to revoke these privileges if probable cause is found that Southeast
Cleaning Solutions caused a negative effect on the environment due to its hauling practices.
