The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the cost proposals (dated May 1, 2024) for the above referenced landfill and
considers the task approved. Therefore, Terracon is authorized to proceed with the tasks
not to exceed the amount of $94,410.70 (Task 571RA-16h) and $9,500.00 (Task 571RA-16i).
