The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the cost proposals (dated January 10, 2024) for the above referenced landfill and
considers the tasks approved. Therefore, Terracon is authorized to proceed with the task not
to exceed the amount of $11,216.30 (Task 571RA-17c) and $5,503.60 (Task 571RA-11b).
