The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the cost proposals (dated November 16 and 29, 2023) for the above referenced
landfill and considers the tasks approved. Therefore, Terracon is authorized to proceed not
to exceed the amount of $3,996.00 - Task 571RA-19a(1) and $3,996.00 – Task 571RA-19a(2).
