The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the cost proposal (dated November 7, 2023) for the above referenced landfill and
considers the task approved. Therefore, Terracon is authorized to proceed not to exceed the
amount of $14,466.00 (Task 571RA-16d).
