The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the work plan and cost proposal (dated September 12, 2023) for the above
referenced landfill and considers the task approved. Therefore, Terracon is authorized to
proceed with the task not to exceed the amount of $17,511.00 (Task 571RA-15a).
