Dear Mr. Dail:

The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the Remedial Action Phase - Task Order 571RA-13a, 18a-c, and 19a-d work plan and
cost proposal (dated August 30, 2023) for the above referenced landfill and considers the
tasks approved. Therefore, Terracon is authorized to proceed with the tasks not to exceed
the amount of $6,850.00 (Task 571RA-13a), $35,000.00 (Task 571RA-18a), $35,908.25
(Task 571RA-18b), $29,118.25 (Task 571RA-18c), $25,156.08 (Task 571RA-19a),
$13,024.50 (Task 571RA-19b), $5,040.00 (Task 571RA-19c), and $4,900.00 (Task 571RA-
19d),
