The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the Work Plan & Cost Estimate (dated November 17, 2023) for the above
referenced landfill and considers the tasks approved. Therefore, S&ME is authorized to
proceed with the tasks not to exceed the amount of $97,409.95 (Task 9389RI-1) and
$7,090.00 (Task 9389RI-2).
