The Division of Waste Management, Superfund Section, Pre-Regulatory Landfill Unit has
reviewed the work plan and cost proposal (dated December 8, 2023) for the above
referenced landfill and considers the tasks approved. Therefore, ATC is authorized to
proceed with the tasks not to exceed the amount of $28,296.85 (730RI-3) and $5,870.00
(730RI-4).
