The proposed revised water quality monitoring plan dated May 11, 2004 for the Harrisburg Road Landfill
has been reviewed. The plan is approved for implementation with the next scheduled sampling event.
Monitoring wells and surface water locations will be sampled according to the specifications found in
Table 1 as amended on May 12, 2004.
