Dear Ms. Mendenhall:
The Solid Waste Section has completed its review of the
information submitted for the WWTP sludge to be stabilized and used
as landfill cover during the referenced project.
The Section approves the use of this material in accordance
with the conditions previously specified in the letter dated
September 10, 1991.
Please continue to update the Section as this project progresses.
