Dear Mr. Chiara:
The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the Additional Assessment Report dated April 15, 2022. The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Fayetteville Regional Office.
After review of this report, UST staff recommends the following:
• The collection and submittal of groundwater samples from all wells exceeding 2L.•The survey of all wells to determine the groundwater flow direction.
The additional monitoring should be summarized in a monitoring report. The report should be received by
this office no later than November 7, 2022.
