The Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section, Division of Waste Management (DWM), is in receipt of
the report dated June 23, 2023, prepared on your behalf by ATC Associates of NC, P.C. (ATC). The report
has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Wilmington Regional Office. The UST Section agrees
with the conclusion and recommendations presented in the report for another groundwater sampling event.
Please include oxygenates as part of the groundwater sampling analysis. Please submit a Comprehensive
ground water monitoring report no later than October 1, 2023.
