Fayetteville Regional Office staff. This office requests the following:

• Sample all investigation monitoring wells and the warehouse water supply well (DWW-
1) analyzing same using EPA 6200B with oxygenates, and
• Submit a Groundwater Monitoring Report within 90 days of receipt of this letter.
