ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT
Division of Waste Management
Solid Waste Section
1. The access road to the facility is being managed properly.
2. As discussed during the inspection, all sides of the operating area should be able to be accessed via vehicles for fire
fighting purposes. The western side of the operating area could not be accessed via vehicles.
3. Edge of waste markers were not visible during the inspection. Please install markers to delineate the edge of the
operating area.
4. No areas of standing water were observed during the inspection. The facility has been properly graded to shed
water. Continue to maintain the facility so that water is shed from the operating area.
5. The land clearing waste was identified to be in one large windrow. It is recommended that the land clearing waste
be broken into smaller windrows so that there is access to the stockpiles in the event of a fire. Based on the
measurements obtained during inspection and calculations, it was determined that the facility has approximately
1,680 cubic yards of land clearing waste at the facility.
6. No unacceptable wastes were observed within the waste stream.
7. Digital photographs were taken during the inspection.
