ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 01 - This Facility is secured with locking gates and fencing. 02 - Signage is posted and has required information. 03 - Roads are constructed off all-weather materials and are maintained.
04 - Facility is permitted to receive waste from Edgecombe, Nash, Halifax, Wilson, Martin and Pitt Counties. 05 - The Waste from this Transfer Station is permitted to be taken to The East Carolina Regional Landfill (08-03) and/or to Sampson County Disposal, LLC (82-02). 06 – A small amount of windblown trash was observed, and some wooden boards were observed lying around the day of this inspection. 07- Some trailers were observed and were uncovered the day of this inspection.
08- Transfer Station screening records were not reviewed. 09 - Incoming load receipts were not reviewed. 10- Training records were not reviewed, but several operators are current with their training based on the training certificate expiration dates reported in the last inspection. 11 - Digital pictures were taken during this inspection and are attached to this report.
