On January 31, 2024, the Division of Waste Management’s Underground Storage Tank Section, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Corrective Action Performance Report for the above-referenced incident. This information
has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. The next groundwater sampling event is scheduled for March 2024, with the Corrective Action Performance Report to be received no later than April 30, 2024.
