Regional Office, received the Corrective Action Performance Report for the above-referenced site. This information has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Per the NORR dated March 28, 2022, sampling should be conducted on a quarterly basis for the first year of system operation. The next sampling event should therefore be
conducted in March 2024, with the CAPR received by this office no later than April 30, 2024. Monitoring well MW-4 must be located or replaced prior to the December 2023 groundwater sampling event.
