The site’s location, vicinity, and layout are shown on the attached Figures 1, 2, and 3. As requested by the NCDWM-UST and pre-approved on ePATA 12328-072, Terraquest personnel purged and sampled the lone groundwater monitoring well (MW15) with previous 2L Standard violation on February 21, 2024. The attached analytical report reveals the absence of any petroleum-type compounds at concentrations above the lab’s MDL or RDL. Overall, there is very little contamination left and it poses a low risk to nearby receptors. Terraquest recommends closing this release incident.
