Garner (died in 2023) reported that the tanks were permanently closed in 1979. Garner purchased the property from Elizabeth Younts in 1989 who died in 2009. An obituary for both are in the file. During a "Limited Soil Assessment" due to purchasing interests,soil contamination was discovered in several locations on the property. RECOMMENDED ACTIVITIES Complete an LSA including the construction and sampling of monitoring well in the vicinity of previous soil borings SB-1, 2, 3, and 11, and risk-based soil sampling during monitoring well installation, receptor survey, and report.
