ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. An appropriate No Trespassing sign was displayed.
2. Access to the tanks was improved. The area around tanks is required to be free of debris and vegetation to allow for access and inspection for a distance of 5 feet. 3. The plastic storage tank for use with a mobile or modular office appearing to be partially filled with septage noted during the previous inspection was removed. 4. The tank numbered S2 is rusted through and cannot not be used until repaired. If the tank cannot be
repaired, it should be replaced or taken off of the permit. The visible parts of the other tanks appeared structurally sound. No leaks or spills were observed. 5. Septage transferals appear to have been made in a safe and sanitary manner. 6. No vectors or objectional odors were noticed. 7. Approved setbacks appear to be met.
8. The access road was passable.
