This report describes an event in February 2022 during which an unauthorized export of soil from the above -referenced Brownfields Property occurred with placement of such soil on an adjacent property owned by PPD, and describes subsequent response actions and confirmatory sample data collected in September 2022. We understand that the soil was removed from the PPD property and placed back onto the Brownfields Property after a few days' time. Soil at the PPD property was subsequently sampled and analyzed to satisfy the Brownfields Program's requirements to ensure that environmental risk at the PPD property was not increased by the placement of this soil. Based on the data presented in the above - referenced report, we concur that there does not appear to be remaining impacts on the PPD property from this event. Therefore, we are not requiring further actions with respect to this event by the Prospective Developer. We look forward to completing the brownfields process with you on this project.
