Good Morning Trudy,
I just left you a voicemail asking you to give me a call to discuss the Garden Terrace NRP.
I returned to the site on Monday and met with site contractors and Atrium personnel and collected GPS coordinates at
the former UST location. We plotted the coordinates yesterday and discovered that the former UST was on the 1638
Garden Terrace property and not 1642 Garden Terrace as originally thought. The original property address was provided
to me by Atrium personnel as informed by their site contractor. I wanted to inform you of these findings and see what

needs to be done to correct the property address on the NORR and corresponding UST Incident No. 48712. Do I need to
revise and re -issue the UST closure report?
Moving forward, 1638 Garden Terrace will be referenced for the subject property.
