Dear Mr. Hodges,
The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section), is in receipt of
your letter of 21 June 1998. This letter accompanied a drawing showing a proposed
drainage ditch along the northern side of the facility. The purpose of the ditch is to
divert surface water from off -site away from future cell areas.
The Section has reviewed the proposed modification to the approved plan. Pursuant
to Permit Number 08-03, permit condition I(10), the Section has reviewed the
`. changes and hereby accepts them.
