Subject: Brownfields Property Receptor Survey The Foundry & Dynamic Auto Works II600 Eldridge Street Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Brownfields Project Nos. 17021-13-060 & 26093-22-060 Dear Ms. Minnich: ONE Environmental Group of Carolina, PLLC (ONE) is pleased to submit this Brownfields Property Receptor Survey for the above-referenced site to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) Division of Waste Management (DWM) Brownfields Redevelopment Section (Brownfields) on behalf of the prospective developer, AP Foundry, LP. Per Brownfields’ request via email correspondence on February 23, 2023, ONE performed a receptor survey which included the completion of a windshield survey and the following attachments:
