ADDITIONAL COMMENTS The Camp Butner LCID facility ceased acceptance of waste in 2014 and is closed. The LCID was used for disposal of land clearing and inert debris that was generated from Camp Butner. The Camp is the training site for the NC National Guard and is comprised of several contiguous parcels of land. 1. The facility is secured by locking gates. A sign listing the permit number and emergency contact
information is posted at the facility entrance.
2. The landfill appears to have adequate soil cover which sustains a good layer of native vegetation. 3. This Notified LCID landfill is no longer in use and is closed. 4. Digital photographs were taken during this inspection.

General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
