1 – Inspected pump truck: VIN – 1GB3KYCG9JF219007: NC tag TV-7314 2 – Waste tank volume is 550 gallons and fresh water tank volume is 250 gallons 3 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger than three inches on both sides of the truck 4 – Tank appeared structurally sound and securely bolted to the frame 5 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on access ports 6 – No evidence of leakage from the tank, valves or access ports 7 – New truck being put into service
