any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c): Tank number 3 has holes that would allow the escape of septage. Please
continue to ensure that tank 3 is not used.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(g): No vector or odor issues were noted.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i): No vegetation was noted within 5 feet of the tank.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k): Proper signage was posted on site.
