or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) Currently, the Septage Land Application Site consists two fields — Field 1 (2.4 acres) and Field 2 (1.2 acres)
—for a total of 3.6 acres. The site is permitted for the land application of domestic septage.
2) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(2): Required signage was present at the time of inspection.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(3): An all weather access road is maintained.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(10): Boundary markers were present at the time of inspection.
