ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This facility consists of two below grade 5,000-gallon steel tanks for a total capacity of 10,000 gallons.
The facility is permitted for the storage of domestic septage.
2) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b): An all-weather access road is maintained.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c): The tanks are below grade. No holes or cracks which may allow the escape of
septage were noted on the visible areas.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) and 15A NCAC 13B .0838(g): No vector or odor issues were noted.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i): No vegetation was noted within 5 feet of the tank.
6) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k): Proper signage was posted on site.
7) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m): Setback requirements appear to have been met.
