Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Page 1 of 2 FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Currently, the Septage Land Application Site consists of a 17.7-acre site divided into Field 1 (7.6 acres), Field 2 (2.0 acres), Field 3a (6.3 acres), and Field 3b (1.8 acres). Fields 3a and 3b shall be managed as one field in accordance with the nutrient management plan and all the fields shall remain in fescue. The site is permitted for the application of domestic septage (including portable toilet waste) and grease septage. 2) Required signage was noted at the entrance of the site, complying with Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(2). 3) All weather roads are maintained in compliance with Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(3). 4) Boundary markers were present in compliance with Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(10). 5) Crop was good quality on all Fields.
