Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The site is permitted for the land application of domestic septage (including portable toilet waste) and grease septage. 2) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(2): appropriate signage was displayed at the entrance to the site, reading "No Trespassing, Septage Land Application Site." 3) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(3): All weather roads were adequately maintained. 4) 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(10): Boundary markers are present. 5) No septage applications noticed outside of the permitted boundaries of the fields. 6) Applications appeared to follow the nutrient management plan. No spot dumps or thick applications were noticed. Crop had just been harvested and baled. 7) No issues were noticed with the setbacks.
