with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) This facility consists of one above ground 1,500 gallon plastic tank for the storage of portable waste from
recreational vehicles. The waste from any recreational vehicle that is being used as a permanent residence is
prohibited from being stored in this tank. A permit modification was received by the division October 20,
2021 to add a 2,500 gallon below ground precast tank and dumping area.
2) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b): An all-weather access road is maintained.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c): No holes or cracks which may allow the escape of septage were noted.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) and 15A NCAC 13B .0838(g): No vector or odor issues were noted.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i): No vegetation was noted within 5 feet of the tank.
6) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k): Proper signage was posted on site.
7) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m): Setback requirements appear to have been met.
