Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Page 1 of 2 FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT D_E Q�� Division of Waste Management NORTH CAROLINA OepaN W Emironm l puelily Solid Waste Section ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) This facility consists of one 10,000 gallon tank, one 10,000 gallon raw material bin, and three 25,000 gallon tanks for a total capacity of 95,000 gallons for the storage of untreated and treated septage. 2) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b): An all-weather access road is maintained. 3) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c): No holes or cracks which may allow the escape of septage were noted. 4) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) and 15A NCAC 13B .0838(g): No vector or odor issues were noted. 5) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i): No vegetation was noted within 5 feet of the tank. 6) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k): Proper signage was posted on site. 7) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m): Setback requirements appear to have been met.
