or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(1): The tank was affixed to the vehicle as required.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(2): Valves appeared to be in working order and were closed at the time of
inspection.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(3): Ports were closed and sealed at the time of inspection.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a): No leaks were noted during the inspection.
6) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (b): At the time of inspection the town name and phone number were under three
inches. Ms. Humphry had the vehicle relettered following the inspection and sent photos to Ms.
Williams. After relettering, all lettering was at least three (3) inches in height and listed the company
name, town name, phone number, and permit number as required.
7) Truck was in compliance with the Septage Rules.
