any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(1): The tank was affixed to the vehicle as required.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(2): Valves appeared to be in working order and were closed at the time of
inspection.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(3): Ports were closed and sealed at the time of inspection.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a): No leaks were noted during the inspection.
6) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (b): At the time of inspection lettering was below three (3) inches in the portion of
the company name reading "Septic Tank Pumping & Porta-jon Rentals." This truck is being put back into
service after several years of being unused and it is probable that the lettering shrank over time. Mr.
Hoyle had this portion relettered following the inspection and sent Ms. Williams photos. The other
lettering listing town name, phone number, and permit number was at least three inches in height at the
time of inspection; however, Mr. Hoyle replaced all of the lettering (see photos).
