ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The facility has a General Title V Air Quality Permit for Air Curtain Incinerators — Air Quality Permit
No. 10691 G00.
2. The facility is permitted to receive land clearing debris, yard trash, yard waste, clean lumber and pallets for
incineration. The facility is not allowed to accept engineered, painted, pigment stained, or pressure treated
wood.
3. The permit and operations plan were available for review upon request.
4. Tonnage records from July 2023 to January 2024 were provided by email. The facility received 542.82 tons of
material during that period. Tonnage records were reviewed from the FY2022-23 Facility Annual Report. The
facility received 1099 tons of material from July 2022 to June 2023.
5. The site was secured by gates and fencing to prevent unauthorized access. In areas where fencing has not been
installed, topography serves to limit access as well.
6. Roads were of all weather construction and were being maintained at the time of inspection.
7. Material was stored in reasonably sized piles with sufficient room around the piles for firefighting access.
8. No unapproved materials were observed in the stockpiles at the time of inspection.
9. No windblown litter was observed during the inspection.
10. The 50-foot buffer from the onsite stream and 100-foot buffer from the property line were being maintained.
Buffer markers were installed around the working area to ensure that there wasn't any encroachment into these
areas.
