On behalf of CUSA N.C. Holdings, L.P., Hart & Hickman, PC (H&H) is submitting
documentation of public notice for the Brownfields Agreement for the above-referenced site.
Enclosed please find the following:
• Affidavit of Publication of the Summary of Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields
Property (SNI) in News and Observer on November 1, 2023;
• Photograph of the posting of the SNI at the site on November 1, 2023;
• Proof of email delivery of the full Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property
(NI) to local government officials on October 31, 2023;
• Proof of hand delivery of the full NI to the Oberlin Regional Library on November 1, 2023;
and
• Copies of cover letters and SNI mailed to adjacent property owners, mailed on November
1, 2023.

Observer Publishing Company, a corporation organized
and doing business under the Laws of the State of North

newspaper in which such notice, paper, document, or

all of the requirements and qualifications of Section 1-
