The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the report dated July 2022. The
information has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Fayetteville Regional
Office. The UST Section requests the on site water supply well be abandoned, a Notice of Residual
Petroleum be filed with Scotland County Register of Deeds, Public Notifications sent to the adjoining
properties, and the resulting information submitted to our office. If you have questions regarding the
