Dispenser: includes the dispenser and the equipment used to connect the dispenser to the piping (e.g., a release from a suction pump or from components located above the shear valve) Submersible Turbine Pump (STP) Area includes the submersible turbine pump head (typically located in the tank sump), the line leak detector, and the piping that connects the submersible turbine pump to the tank Delivery Problem: identifies releases that occurred during product delivery to the tank. (Typical causes associated with this source are spills and overfills.) Other: serves as the option to use when the release source is known but does not fit into one of the preceding categories ( e.g., for releases from vent lines, vapor recovery lines, and fill lines) Unknown: identifies releases for which the source has not been determined Definitions of Causes Spill: use this cause when a spill occurs (e.g., when the delivery hose is disconnected from the tank fill pipe or when the nozzle is removed from the dispenser) Overfill: use when an overfill occurs (e.g., overfills may occur from the fill pipe at the tank or when the nozzle fails to shut off at the dispenser) Physical or Mechanical Damage: use for all types of physical or mechanical damage, except corrosion ( e.g., puncture of tank or piping, loose fittings, broken components, and components that have changed dimension) Corrosion: use when a metal tank, piping, or other component has a release due to corrosion ( e.g., for steel, corrosion takes the form of rust) Installation Problem: use when the problem is determined to have occurred specifically because the UST system was not installed properly Other: use this option when the cause is known but does not fit into one of the preceding categories (e.g., putting regulated substances into monitoring wells) Unknown: use when the cause has not been determined Point of Contact Email Email Email REVISION NO. 0 JOB NO. ND - Not Detected at or above adjusted reporting limit. TNTC - Too Numerous To Count J - Estimated concentration above the adjusted method detection limit and below the adjusted reporting limit. MDL - Adjusted Method Detection Limit. PQL - Practical Quantitation Limit. RL - Reporting Limit - The lowest concentration value that meets project requirements for quantitative data with known precision and bias for a specific analyte in a specific matrix. S - Surrogate 1,2-Diphenylhydrazine decomposes to and cannot be separated from Azobenzene using Method 8270. The result for each analyte is a combined concentration. Consistent with EPA guidelines, unrounded data are displayed and have been used to calculate % recovery and RPD values. LCS(D) - Laboratory Control Sample (Duplicate) MS(D) - Matrix Spike (Duplicate) DUP - Sample Duplicate RPD - Relative Percent Difference NC - Not Calculable. SG - Silica Gel - Clean-Up U - Indicates the compound was analyzed for, but not detected. Acid preservation may not be appropriate for 2 Chloroethylvinyl ether. A separate vial preserved to a pH of 4-5 is recommended in SW846 Chapter 4 for the analysis of Acrolein and Acrylonitrile by EPA Method 8260. N-Nitrosodiphenylamine decomposes and cannot be separated from Diphenylamine using Method 8270. The result reported for each analyte is a combined concentration. Reported results are not rounded until the final step prior to reporting. Therefore, calculated parameters that are typically reported as "Total" may vary slightly from the sum of the reported component parameters. Pace Analytical is TNI accredited. Contact your Pace PM for the current list of accredited analytes. TNI - The NELAC Institute. MS/MSD confirm matrix impacting surrogates.[1] Sample: L1682413-01 Wet Chemistry by Method 9045D - 7.82 at 19.7C[1] ANALYTE QUALIFIERS The reported concentration is an estimate. The continuing calibration standard associated with this data responded low. Data is likely to show a low bias concerning the result.C4 Analyte concentration exceeded the calibration range. The reported result is estimated.E Sample was received or analysis requested beyond the recognized method holding time.H3 Matrix spike recovery exceeded QC limits. Batch accepted based on laboratory control sample (LCS) recovery.M1 Matrix spike recovery and/or matrix spike duplicate recovery was above laboratory control limits. Result may be biased high.MH Matrix spike recovery and/or matrix spike duplicate recovery was below laboratory control limits. Result may be biased low.ML The lab does not hold NELAC/TNI accreditation for this parameter but other accreditations/certifications may apply. A complete list of accreditations/certifications is available upon request.N2 Matrix spike recovery was outside laboratory control limits due to a parent sample concentration notably higher than the spike level.P6 RPD value was outside control limits.R1 Surrogate recovery not evaluated against control limits due to sample dilution.S4 Surrogate recovery was below laboratory control limits. Results may be biased low.SR The continuing calibration verification was above the method acceptance limit. Any detection for the analyte in the associated samples may have a high bias.v1 The continuing calibration verification was below the method acceptance limit. The analyte was not detected in the associated samples and the sensitivity of the instrument was verified with a reporting limit check standard.v2 The continuing calibration verification was below the method acceptance limit. Any detection for the analyte in the associated samples may have low bias.v3 REPORT OF LABORATORY ANALYSIS This report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written consent of Pace Analytical Services, LLC.Date: 12/12/2023 07:24 PM Pace Analytical Services, LLC 9800 Kincey Ave. Suite 100 Huntersville, NC 28078 (704)875-9092 Page 40 of 44 #=CR# QUALITY CONTROL DATA CROSS REFERENCE TABLE Pace Project No.: Project: 92700661 Rowan Street Site Lab ID Sample ID QC Batch Method QC Batch Analytical Method Analytical Batch 92700661001 2183333 2183333SS-1 Comp MA DEP/NJ DEP MADEP EPH 92700661001 2182158 2182158SS-1 Comp 3510C EPA 8081B 92700661001 2181810 2181810SS-1 Comp 8151A EPA 8151A 92700661001 816538 816676SS-1 Comp EPA 3546 EPA 8015C 92700661001 2185766 2185766SS-1 Comp MADEPV MADEP VPH 92700661002 2185766 2185766SS-1 Grab MADEPV MADEP VPH 92700661001 2181818 2181818SS-1 Comp 3015 EPA 6010D 92700661001 2181544 2181544SS-1 Comp 7470A EPA 7470A 92700661001 816710 816990SS-1 Comp EPA 3546 EPA 8270E 92700661002 817181 817184SS-1 Grab EPA 5035A/5030B EPA 8260D 92700661001 816770SS-1 Comp SW-846 92700661002 816770SS-1 Grab SW-846 92700661001 2182050SS-1 Comp 1010B/ASTM D8175-18 92700661001 2181430 2181430SS-1 Comp SM 2540 G SM 2540G 92700661001 2180842 2180842SS-1 Comp 9012B EPA 9012B 92700661001 2182408 2182408SS-1 Comp 9030B EPA 9030B 92700661001 2180826 2180826SS-1 Comp 9045C/9045D EPA 9045D REPORT OF LABORATORY ANALYSIS This report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written consent of Pace Analytical Services, LLC.Date: 12/12/2023 07:24 PM Pace Analytical Services, LLC 9800 Kincey Ave. Suite 100 Huntersville, NC 28078 (704)875-9092 Page 41 of 44 Page 42 of 44 Page 43 of 44 Page 44 of 44
