(ATC) has prepared this letter report to provide a summary of the groundwater sampling event performed at the site, as approved in TA-2. A site location map is provided as Figure 1 and a site map is provided as Figure 2. Groundwater Sampling On November 27, 2023, ATC collected a static water level measurement from monitoring well MW-1A. ATC attempted to locate montioring well MW-15; however, the well could not be located. Light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) was not measured in monioring well MW-1A on this date. The depth to water measurement was collected using an electronic oil/water interface probe (13.61 feet below ground surface. Due to limited data points, a groundwater elevation contour map could not be generated at this time. On November 27, 2023, a groundwater sample was collected from monitoring well MW-1A. As previously noted, monitoring well MW-15 could not be located. The monitoring well was purged prior to sampling by removing a minimum of three well volumes of water from the well. After allowing sufficient time for recharge, a representative groundwater sample was collected from the well using a new, disposalbe Teflon bailer. Upon collection, the groundwater sample was placed into laboratory-approved containers, packed in ice, and delivered under chain-of-custody to SGS North America in Scott, Louisiana, for analyses. The groundwater samples were analyzed by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method 6200B to include ethanol and oxygenates.
