Bragg, Cumberland County Incident Number: 29392 Risk Classification: Intermediate Dear Mr. Humphrey: The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the Post CAP Monitoring Report for the above referenced site. The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Fayetteville Regional Office. In the next semi-annual monitoring report, please note that the sampling/shipping QA/QC needs to improve with no breakage or hold-time exceedances for acceptance. Sampling should include the EPA Methods as described in the UST Corrective Action Guidelines for Sampling, Approved Groundwater Analyses Methods for Petroleum UST, and Non-UST Release Investigations (All Phases), Table 5, March 7, 2022, until below Gross Contamination Level (GCLs) for four (4) conservative events to gain a low-risk ranking. Please note that a ‘low-risk’ rank as described in the report is not automatic after free product is no longer present at the site. Please include in future reports a table with all sampling data conducted at the site in a ‘historical groundwater analytical table.’ Sincerely, Clark Wipfield, L.G.
