Dear Mr. Clark:
The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, Fayetteville Regional Office, is in receipt of the
Monitoring Report dated December 8, 2023. The report has been reviewed and this office requests another
sampling event using the same monitoring wells and laboratory method. The sampling event should occur
during February 2024 with a Monitoring Report submitted on or before March 31, 2024.

Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, please contact the UST Section Trust Fund Branch
