The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the report dated October 11, 2023. The
report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Fayetteville Regional Office. Please conduct a
groundwater sampling event. Please include Method 8015C for the detection of ethanol, coincident with
6200B, for all monitoring and water supply wells which indicated the presence of ethanol during the June
2023 sampling event.
A completed Preapproval/Claim Authorization Form, encompassing these activities, should be received in
this office within 14 days of the date of this letter. The report should be submitted no later than February
2024.
