The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the report dated December 16,
2016. The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Fayetteville Regional Office.

This office agrees with your consultant’s recommendation for continued passive free product
recovery events. It is understood that the recovery wells will be gauged for free product, and oil-absorbent
socks will be checked and replaced if necessary on a quarterly basis. The next Free Product Recovery
Report documenting these activities and results over the next four quarters will be due to this office by
March 1, 2018.
