2014. The report will be reviewed and maintained in the Fayetteville Regional Office.

NCDENR agrees with your consultant’s recommendation to continue with quarterly AFVR
events, as needed, with the omission of RW-1, RW-5, and RW-7 from future AFVR events. This
reduction of recovery wells subjected to AFVR events is contingent upon the absence of free product
during future gaging events.
