Dear Sirs:

The UST Closure Report for the above referenced site, received on January 4, 2024, has been reviewed by the UST
Section, Mooresville Regional Office. The UST Section has determined that no further action is warranted for this
UST closure. The Site is in the NC DEQ Brownfields Redevelopment Section (Brownfields Project No. 27007-23-
060). Soil impacts associated with the UST system will be managed through the NC DEQ Brownfields.

This determination shall apply unless the UST Section later finds that contamination at the site poses an unacceptable
risk or a potentially unacceptable risk to human health or the environment. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 2L .0407(a)
you have a continuing obligation to notify the Department of any changes that might affect the risk.
