RE: Acknowledgment of Receipt Country Corner 4262 Highway 27 Alexis, Gaston County Site Risk: High UST Incident # 23108 Dear Mr. Sadler: On December 28, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section of the Division of Waste Management (the
Division), Mooresville Regional Office received the water supply well sampling results for the subject site. This information has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Per the report, and as required by the NORR dated July 31, 2023, the approved injection event will take place in the first quarter of 2024.
The next water supply well sampling event should occur in February 2024, with the results received by this office no later than March 31, 2024. The Corrective Action Performance Report, documenting the injection event, must be
