ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The facility accepts stumps, whole trees, limbs, and branches.
2. The facility is secured by a locking. Vehicles must pass over the scale to enter and leave the facility.
3. The facility utilizes a tub grinder to grind the wood waste at a minimum of twice per year. The on -site tub grinder
was actively being repaired during this inspection.
4. The facility was approaching the maximum 6,000 cubic yard limit. Mr. Carroll stated that the vegetative waste would
be ground following the repair of the on -site grinder.
5. The wood waste had been windrowed with adequate space between windrows for vehicular access.
6. An area of standing water was observed between windrows. The standing water was likely the result of the recent
heavy rains in the area. Ensure that the area is properly graded to shed water.
7. An access roadway has been established around the yard waste.
8. The waste stream was relatively clean. Unacceptable wastes are removed from the waste stream as they are observed.
A roll -off container is located on -site for unacceptable wastes.
9. Digital photographs were taken during the inspection.
